Guide to Bad Cholesterol

How you can Control and Lower Bad Cholesterol

If you already have high levels of the bad cholesterol then the best thing to do is consult your doctor about an efficient drug that will help you lower it gradually. There are many cholesterol drugs that are available over the counter and many natural remedies as well. However, it is strongly suggested that you do not self medicate as some of the cholesterol drugs have serious side effects, which only your doctor can point out as he is familiar with your medical history and conditions.

If you have normal levels of good and bad cholesterol all you may want to do is ensure that you stay that way and you can do that by taking the following steps: eating healthy and exercising. Eating healthy includes food items that are low in saturated and trans fat as well as cholesterol.

Get in the habit of reading your food labels as they all have to provide all the above mentioned data by law and therefore it is easy for you to choose which food items are good and which are harmful for your health.

The food items that contain high levels of cholesterol are: egg yolks, poultry, meat, shellfish, butter and cheese.

Take a minute and learn about your good and bad cholesterol levels, monitor closely your food intake and that of your family making them aware as well of the importance of staying below the limits of the bad cholesterol. A few minutes of self-education can save your life or one of your family member’s.

Lipistat can aid in the lowering of the bad cholesterol, it can also aid in the raising of the good cholesterol, visit here for more benefits of Lipistat.

Cholesterol Response :

One thing to note is that when an individual combines both Diet and Exercise that is where the most benefit and results occur. To just do one of them is okay, but is only attacking the problem from one side.

A multi sided attack on cholesterol will greatly benefit the health of the individual as well as significantly aid in lowering those nasty cholesterol levels.

Since cholesterol is directly related to Heart Disease, things like heart attacks, stroke and sudden cardiovascular death it makes sense to do everything possible to stop it.

That is why coupling the exercise and diet approach with Lipistat makes so much sense!

It is just one more way that you can attack the bad cholesterol in your body.

Cholesterol Response :

I met with a lifelong friend last night. He is a Marine and has been on active duty for just over 17 years. He is in great shape!! He can run several miles, does pullups, pushups, situps, all that stuff… He always gets high marks on his physical fitness evaluations the Marine Corp give every year.

So… When he told me his cholesterol was all out of whack I was SURPRISED! He had an annual physical done and they checked his cholesterol levels.

His "Good Cholesterol" (HDL) was under 20, it was 16! That is awful… I actually had a hard time believing and had to ask if he was being serious.

His "Bad Cholesterol" (LDL) was very high, 280… Combined it was a recipe for disaster.

The result was his doctor put him on one of the Statins, and didn't tell him about any of the possible side effects. I asked him what the side effects were for this specific statin based pharmaceutical drug and he had no idea.

I asked him if he had spoken to his Dr. about it, and he just said the Doc gave him the pills… They never talked about the side effects.

In his case, with his Cholesterol levels so out of whack it was good the Dr. did something!

We had a long conversation about Lipistat and the benefits of using an all natural, safe supplement to naturally control cholesterol levels. After the conversation and showing him the Cholesterol Response website he was excited about trying something that was natural and didn't have any of the documented side effects pharmaceutical grade statins had…

Now it is a matter of time until we start seeing the results of Lipistat in his life. I am glad I had that conversatio with him!

Matt
